Agilus is recruiting for a Junior Accountant in the Staffing Services Sector in a hybrid work environment in .
You'll support our internal Corporate Services team with invoicing, reconciliations, reporting. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic setting where priorities shift quickly.
Total rewards:

$45000.00 - $50000.00 annually
Compensation model is base salary plus Agilus Team Bonus

A day in the life:

Record and reconcile daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Accounts payable processing.
Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
Prepare month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have:

1–2 years of experience in a complex business or accounting environment
An excellent communicator; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with reconciliations and journal entries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
