Warehouse / Material Handler

MaxSys is recruiting for a Warehouse/Material Handler in the Manufacturing industry in .
The Material Handler / Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe, accurate movement and tracking of raw materials and finished goods within warehouse and manufacturing environments, supporting inventory accuracy, production flow, and safety compliance.
A typical day:

• Load, unload, sort, and move materials manually or using basic handling equipment
• Process physical and system transfers between raw materials, manufacturing, and warehouse areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehousing of raw materials
• Perform physical inventory counts and ensure proper FIFO and lot control.
• Safely operate pallet trucks, shrink wrappers, carts, and related equipment.
• Identify, record, and report non-conformances to supervision or QC.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including clear aisles and secured skids.
• Comply with all company Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies

Successful candidates will have:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is an asset.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of FIFO and Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory practices.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.

Total rewards:

• $18.00 hourly
• Weekly Pay
